We use as little as we can get away with. Essential cookies make booking work and cannot be turned off; anything else is asked for first and works perfectly well if you say no.

Analytics cookies
We would like to understand which pages people find useful and where a booking goes wrong, so we can fix it. These are set only if you accept them, and the site works exactly the same if you do not.
Nothing in them identifies you personally, and we do not use them for advertising or share them with advertisers.
Changing your mind
Clearing this site's data in your browser settings removes your stored choice, and the banner will ask again the next time you visit. Accepting and refusing are equally easy on purpose — refusing is one click, in the same place, in the same size button.
