Most plumbing jobs are small until they are not. A dripping tap wastes water; a leak under the floor does real damage. A slow drain is an inconvenience; a blocked one is an emergency in the making.
Tell us what is happening when you book and our engineer can bring what they are likely to need.
The price you see is based on what you tell us. If our engineer finds that more work or materials are needed, they will explain the cost and get your agreement before carrying on — nothing is added without you agreeing to it first.
Do you need this?
You might need this if
- A tap or valve that drips and will not stop
- Water where it should not be, or a stain spreading on a ceiling
- A slow or blocked sink, bath or toilet
- A toilet that runs constantly or will not flush properly
- Weak water pressure at one tap or throughout
- Banging or knocking pipes
Qualified engineers across London, seven days a week.

- Step 2:You are told what is wrong and what it costs before work starts
- Step 3:Common repairs are usually done on the visit

Questions
Common questions
Water is coming through the ceiling. What do I do now?
Turn off the water at the stopcock and, if it is anywhere near a light fitting, turn off the electricity at the consumer unit. Then call us — do not wait for an online booking.
Where is my stopcock?
Most often under the kitchen sink, though it can be in a downstairs bathroom, a utility room or under the stairs. Worth finding before you need it.
Can you clear a blocked drain?
Yes. Blocked toilets, sinks, manholes and external drains each have their own page under Drainage, along with how to tell whether the blockage is inside the house or out in the drain. Blockages in the shared sewer beyond your boundary are your water company's responsibility rather than yours, and we will tell you if that is what yours turns out to be.
Do you repair washing machines and dishwashers?
No. We can deal with the plumbing that feeds them, but not the appliances themselves.
