A single-room installation means one indoor unit in the room you want cooled, one outdoor unit on the wall or the ground outside, and the pipework and cabling joining them.
What it costs comes down to a few practical things: where the outdoor unit can go, and whether the indoor unit sits directly against an outside wall or has to be run to one. You answer those questions online and see your own price before booking anything.
The price you see is based on what you tell us. If our engineer finds that more work or materials are needed, they will explain the cost and get your agreement before carrying on — nothing is added without you agreeing to it first.

Common questions
How much does installation cost?
From £1,200 for a single room. Where the outdoor unit goes, and whether the indoor unit sits against an outside wall, both affect the final figure — you answer a few questions and see your own price before booking anything.
Can you do more than one room?
Not through the website yet. Online booking covers one room at a time — you will see two- and three-room options in the booking journey marked as coming soon. If you need more than one room now, give us a call.
Will it heat the room as well as cool it?
Many modern systems do both. Tell us when you book that you want heating too, and we will make sure what goes in is capable of it.
Where does the outdoor unit go?
On the ground outside, or mounted on a wall low down or high up. Floor and low wall mounting are included in the price. High wall mounting costs more, because working at height needs access equipment and takes longer.
What is an internal wall and why does it cost more?
An outside wall has the outdoors directly on the other side, so the pipework has a short run straight through. An internal wall sits between rooms, so the pipework has to be routed all the way to the outside — more work, and the price reflects it.
What if the job turns out to be harder than my answers suggested?
Your price is based on what you tell us. If the installation needs work or materials that could not reasonably have been identified from your answers, we explain the cost and get your agreement before going ahead.
Should I send photos?
They help a great deal for an installation. The room, the wall you want the indoor unit on, the outside wall, and where you are thinking of putting the outdoor unit are the useful ones. All optional.
Do I pay it all when I book?
No. You pay the deposit online to secure the appointment and it comes off the final bill. The balance is settled once the work is done.
