A few short questions in plain words. Nothing you need to be an engineer to answer.

See your price
Worked out from your answers, on screen, before we ask who you are. Where a job genuinely cannot be priced online we say so instead of guessing.

Choose your appointment
Pick an arrival window from what is actually free. Slots already taken are greyed rather than hidden.

Pay your £10 deposit
It holds the appointment and comes off the final bill. It is not an extra charge.

We confirm everything
By email and text, with your reference, your window and what has been booked.

Your engineer attends
Within the window you chose. Where we can, you get a message when they are on the way.

The job is finished
The balance is settled once the work is done, and your workmanship guarantee starts that day.
If something changes
Plans change. You can move or cancel your appointment from the link in your confirmation, and if the job turns out to need more than your answers suggested, you hear the cost and agree it before any of it happens.
