What the installation involves depends mostly on how far the charger is from the consumer unit, and whether your existing supply can take the additional load.
The price you see is based on what you tell us. If our engineer finds that more work or materials are needed, they will explain the cost and get your agreement before carrying on — nothing is added without you agreeing to it first.

Effectively yes. Running a cable across a public pavement is not permitted, so a charger needs a driveway, garage or other private parking.
How long does the installation take?
Most straightforward installations are done within a day. A long cable run or consumer unit work can extend it.
Can my house supply handle it?
Most can, but it depends on your existing supply and what else draws heavily on it. This is assessed as part of the installation.
